Will my manufacturers warranty be affected if my vehicle is serviced by French Auto Solutions?

Absolutely not! It is still a common misconception that your vehicle must be serviced by a main dealer whilst it is still under manufacturers warranty. Whilst this was true in the past, due to recent changes in law by the Office of Fair Trading, vehicle manufacturers are no longer authorised to impose such conditions in the UK.

In order to comply with the conditions of your warranty, our service schedules always meet, and almost always exceed the minimum requirements set out by the manufacturer. Under Block Exemption laws, vehicle manufacturers can no longer make it a condition of their warranty that their own parts must be fitted during service, as long as the parts used meet the standard quality requirements. Therefore, we can offer both original equiptment parts, or alternative parts of equal quality, offering you more savings.
